We want paying for Moments or practikalMuscle to feel fair, not stressful. This policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work for subscriptions sold by Measured Data LLC. It supplements the Subscriptions & Billing section of our Terms of Service.
1. Free Trials
Moments includes a free trial of approximately one month, and practikalMuscle includes a free 30-day trial. If you started a trial and don't want to be charged, simply cancel before the trial ends — you won't be billed. If a trial converts to a paid plan and you're charged, the normal rules below apply.
2. Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your in-app account settings, or by emailing support@measured-data.com. When you cancel, you keep full access through the end of the billing period you already paid for — we don't cut you off early, and we don't charge you again after that period ends.
3. Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable for time already used in the current billing period. If you cancel partway through a month, you keep access until the end of that period, but we don't prorate or refund the unused portion. Canceling does stop all future charges.
4. Annual Plans
If you're on an annual plan, you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge if the plan is substantially unused. We evaluate these requests case by case and refunds under this section are granted at our discretion. To ask for one, email support@measured-data.com with your account email and the date of the charge.
5. Billing Errors and Accidental Charges
Mistakes happen — a duplicate charge, a charge after you thought you'd canceled, or a plan selected by accident. If something looks wrong on your bill, contact support@measured-data.com and we'll make it right.
6. How to Cancel
You can cancel a subscription in two ways:
- In-app, from your account settings; or
- By emailing support@measured-data.com and asking us to cancel it for you.
Either way, cancellation is confirmed by email, and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
